4th Annual OPEN Bass Tournament JULY 26th, 2008 Piedmont Lake.....(marina ramp)...4:00 PM till Midnight The 4th annual evening OPEN was a formidable challenge with the hot humid weather most of the day and then the sky broke loose a most impressive series of storms. A few hours before weigh-in the lightning, wind and rain sent most boaters looking for cover to hide under. Even the weigh-in was a downpour and prevented photos from being taken. Regardless the weigh-in had impressive results. We look forward to having next years event..see ya there! Thanks to all who attended and helped to keep this annual event going. Special thanks to the Piedmont Marina for their cooperation and uses of the shelter facility.
