(1)      NO Alcoholic Beverages or Drugs allowed. [before, during, or after a tourney on STATE or MWCD properties].
(2)      NO Live Bait / Artificial Bait Only.
(3)      NO Trolling.
(4)      NO Refunds.
(5)      NO Dead Fish Will Be Weighed.
(6)      NO More than 2 People Per Boat / only one substitution per team.
(7)      5 Fish Per Boat
(8)      Only Largemouth, Smallmouth, or Kentucky Spotted Bass will be weighed.
(9)      30 Yard Courtesy Rule between boats will apply at all times.
(10)    Anyone Caught Cheating Will Be Automatically Disqualified.
(11)    Anyone Given A Citation During the Tournament Will Be Disqualified.
(12)    Anyone Who Brings A Short Fish to the Scales Will Be Penalized (1lb). Short Fish Will Not Be Weighed!
(13)    Tie Breakers = 1st the number of fish, 2nd Big Bass, 3rd Flip of the Coin.
(14)    All Boats Will Be Inspected.
(15)    Tournament Directors Decision Is Final.
(16)    Being Disqualified For Any Reason Will Be An Automatic Forfeit of Any and All Entry and Prize Money.
[17]    No solicitation without the tournament directors approval.
[18]    The Tournament Director holds the sole right to refuse or revoke a membership !
[19]    If a team wishes to use a sub during the year they must name that sub by the 2nd tourney they fish and
            they can use that sub at the championship with the approval of the tournament director....
            you cannot use a person from another team as a sub.
[20]    Any unsportsmanlike conduct will result in having your membership revoked !
[21]   Scales will close (5) minutes after last call for fish.
[22]   All fish at the scales become property of the tournament director...!!
[23]   Tournament registration will be cut off (15) minutes before blast off!..Don't be late!
[24]   You MUST initial your scale weight sheet or your points will not be counted !
..........Protest of weight discrepencies will not be heard without your initials on the weigh-in sheet.
..........Your initials verify you viewed the recorded weight and agreed it was correct.
[25]   Do not loose your current annual membership card, there is a $20.00 replacement cost.
